Hummingbird nests are very difficult to find as most of you are probably aware.  The easiest way to locate one is to watch the activity of a female hummingbird and have her lead you to it.  Hummingbirds usually build their nests in trees, but will sometimes build them in unusual places such as on wind chimes, porch swings,  or porch lights.  Here are a couple of the nests that we have been able to photograph.
